  3. What do we do at the Grade Level Meetings? • Celebrate! • Data analysis • Observations • Hypotheses • Brainstorming • Share information from Coach Meetings • Share (us & them) about professional development attended • Latest research • Articles • Monthly foci from state

Other Meetings • Individual teacher meetings • Specific grade level meetings • Intervention planning meetings • Classroom teachers, SPED teachers, tutors, paras • Informal hallway/classroom meetings • Do we have a “hallway conversation system”? • Nothing formal • Jot notes on calendar when return to office • Follow-up email
