  2. Conversation (On the street) Lily:HeySam,where are you going? Sam:My mom asked me to buy a card for Father’sDay,so I am going to the bookstore to purchase some materials paper and pens. Lily: Wow!Sounds great! I am free this afternoon.May I go with you?

  3. Sam:Sure!You can give me some advises and help me to choose good items.Let’s go! (In the bookstore) Sam:I think this card is special.What do you think? Lily: ButI think that one is more special because it’s pattern is very cute. Sam:Ok!And let’s ask the salesperson where are the scissors ?

  4. Lily:Excuseme.Icant’t find scissors,do you know where are they? Salesperson:It’s right over there. (The phone rings) Sam:Hello mom what’s wrong? Mom:I forget to ask you to buy eggs for me.Are….. Sam:What mom??I can’t hear you.It’s too noisy there. Mom:Ok,that’s all right, bye.

  5. (On the counter) Salesperson:Your total is two hundred dollars. Sam:Oh!!! I forgot to bring my money. Lily:It’sok.I can borrow you. Sam:Thankyou.You’re really my lucky girl!
