Tezpur University Recruitment 2016 – Jr Research Fellow Walk in Applications are invited for Walk-in-Interview for the following temporary positions in the CDAC Funded research project on “Implementation of Distributed Honeynet System at NE to collect, distribute and analyse live cyber-attack data” in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Tezpur University. Position: Project Engineer (PE) No. of Positions: One (01) Qualification: First class in ME / M. Tech. in CSE / IT / ECE with research experience in Analysis Techniques– Traffic Analysis, Network Forensics/System Forensics and Machine Learning. Candidates having valid GATE / NET score shall be preferred. Fellowship: Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only per month. Duration: Two (02) years and may be extended depending on status of the project Position: Project Assistant (PA) No. of Positions: One (01) Qualification: First class in B. Tech. in CSE / IT/ ECE or MCA with consistently good academic records and knowledge of Networking, Linux/Windows administration and shell scripting. Candidates with M. Tech in CSE / IT / ECE shall be preferred. Fellowship : Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) only per month. Duration : Two (02) years and may be extended depending on status of the project Age: Project Engineer (PE) and Project Assistant (PA) candidates should not be more than 32 years and 28 yearsof age respectively as on the date of application. The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years for all positions in the case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC / Women and physically challenged. N.B : No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
