Other users will help to answer the questions. • The best answer is chosen either by the question asker or by public polling. • Once a question is paired with the best answer, a knowledge is formed. • Knowledge can be retrieved through searching. • A good complement to purely crawl base search because of human information organization • Extend coverage to content that might not “exist” on the web • Good knowledge is encouraged. • First available in Korea, then Japan, Taiwan, the Mainland of China, Hong Kong and then Western countries.
