Keep your retention skills in top condition. Integrate the following memory techniques into your PTE training to master and retain your lectures in the shortest time possible. 1. Take a walk Having a hard time getting into the right mindset for PTE online review? Get a change of scenery. Take a walk around your home or neighborhood. Studies show that walking heightens cognitive activity by at least 25% as it stimulates the brain areas that have grown idle after sitting still for extended periods. So, spend your study breaks away from your desk. It’ll help you maintain your mental awareness better. 2. Do it again Repetition is one of the best ways to retain something for a long time. So, integrate it into your PTE training. Rewrite or recite information that you need to memorize repeatedly. Answer as many practice tests as you can. Teach someone your lessons Preferably someone who doesn’t know the topic you are going to discuss. Why? Because it’ll really challenge your understanding of the subject like no other.
