  2. What is wind energy? • .Wind is a type of solar energy • .Wind is part of Alternative Energy which is a form of energy from a natural resource such as the sun, tides, or waves. • .Wind is a renewable resource and it is everywhere around us • .

  3. WAYS TO TURN WIND INTO ENERGY • .Wind is defined as a type of motion • .Wind turbine blades are shaped like wings and when the wind passes over them it turns and creates electricity another type of energy

Who uses this energy and what’s the purpose? • .Everybody uses this energy to power homes, devices, lights, hair dryers and other things for a daily basis. • .The world is getting hotter and in scientific opinion is that human activities, basically the emission of greenhouse gasses, are the cause. That why we need wind energy to keep us cool.

  5. What effect on using wind energy have on our environment? • .Wind turbines generate the wind into electricity and we use that energy to help our environment, community, and all our surroundings. • .Wind energy can also help us save a lot of money from being wasted.

IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT WIND ENERGY • .Wind is a pollution free energy resource • .Wind energy is most used to generate electricity • .Wind energy is one of the least expensive energy resources • .Wind energy is the fastest growing segment out of all renewable energy resource • .Wind energy is basically transformed from the sun’s energy • .Wind energy has no fuel expenditures which means no fossil disburse [doesn’t have to pay for fuel fees] • .Wind energy can relieve shortage in fossil fuels • .Wind energy can be very soon the cheapest way to produce energy on the large scale, of course in areas with suitable climate condition

WIND ENERGY IS THE BEST RESOURCE AND WILL BE THE TREND OF THE FUTURE! • .Wind is well proven and cost effective technology and expected to be the main way industry responds to the government’s target- so becoming an important source of electricity [which we use most of the time and a lot of it!] in years proven! • THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
