PREPARATION • In a Stew with 2 (Two) cup to water cold put to cook the petals very good washing. • When boiling, throw the water. • Separately, prepare a syrup gentle with cup of sugar, half cup of water and the clove of smell. When be transparent, gather the petals and leave conserve for 2 (Two) minutes. • Server cold
