Community Early Childhood Council Update 2013-14 Application Process • 76 councils applied representing 111 counties • 42 scored in Tier 1 • 15 scored in Tier 2 • 19 scored in Tier 3 • Tier 3 invited to re-apply with intensive TA from GOEC Staff • 2 councils chose not to re-apply* • 74 Councils received funding • Covering 109 Counties • Maximum Award: $68,920.00 • Minimum Award: $4880.00 *Pike Co. and Lewis Co.
