Ah, I’m glad you asked - A well known Australian computer magazine once (correctly) reported that there are only two types of computer user on the planet today .. those who have lost computer data (and in some cases their jobs as a direct result) due to operator error and/or computer system failure.. and those who are ABOUT TO ! We therefore need all the help we can get .. but fortunately it’s right here, so let’s read on ..
So let’s begin now – it’s easy Step 1 – Open your favourite Word Processing Software (Microsoft Word would do nicely ..)

Save your file .. Click “File > Save As ..” Step 3 –
Name your file .. Name the file exactly as follows .. 11-06-17 Memo Step 4–
Note your new naming convention.. Step 5 – DD-MM-YYYY (space) Filename .. Name the file exactly as follows .. 11-06-17 Memo
