  27. 30-Day Conclusions • Abciximab was superior to tirofiban in reducing the incidence of the primary endpoint of the trial: The composite endpoint of death / MI / urgent target vessel revascularization at 30 days after intracoronary stent placement. • There were no differences in rates of TIMI major bleeding, but significant differences in minor bleeding and thrombocytopenia were observed favoring tirofiban.
