  1. Planning • Understanding the exact requirements of the client • Preparing sample JDs and getting approval from the client • Profiling the prospective candidates and finalizing the number requirement along with date and venue(s) • Fixing the recruitment budget (Advertisement, Venue, Consultation payouts etc.) • Planning the interview processes and selection criterias

  2. Execution • Contacting all the partnering consultants, colleges, institutes and any other sources • Placing the advertisements in the print media and electronic media if required • If the recruitment process is not centralized then fixing and finalizing the interview venue, arranging the required materials (stationeries, display, prints and handouts) • Conducting the interview and selection processes along with all the pre and post selection activities like taking exam, GD, situational tests etc.

  3. Post Hiring • Giving specific domain knowledge and conducting the induction and process training • Conduct conditional certification training exclusively under Conflate banner • Assigning Conflate payroll till 6th month as training period for reducing the client company liabilities • Option to choose the temping solution from Conflate to keep trained and experienced manpower while keeping the option to get more and more employees onboard
