Type Of Services • Evaluates the problems or difficulties of the patient (tests and measures) • Develops exercises and sets goals to aim for • Teaches how to prevent problems in the future • Restores mobilization of joints and balance, strength, and coordination • Uses heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, ultrasound, and traction to decrease pain • Helps return patients to normal strength after surgery or injury • Teaches basic movement to people with disorders
