Fonctionnement des Rencontres du CLUB – ERCLUB-ER meetings Operating mode « CLUB » : place where member meet with pleasure, even if opinions diverge: • Favor interactive and informal exchanges between participants • Flexible agenda: all constructive suggestions on the programme or outcomes of the meeting are possible to include • Challenge of each AGM: welcome new members « CLUB » : lieu où les membres ont plaisir à débattre, même si leurs avis divergent : • Privilégier les échanges et l’interactivité entre les participants, sans formalisme • Une animation souple : toute proposition constructive sur le programme ou les attendus de l’atelier est possible • Un enjeu de chaque rencontre : accueillir les nouveaux membres

Fonctionnement des Rencontres du CLUB – ERCLUB-ER meetings Operating mode Maintain a professional and congenial atmosphere in a context where the number of participants are increasing: • About 100 participants (compared to ~50 the previous years) • 45 institutions in 2010 (27 in 2009) • 22 participants were already present at the 2009 AGM • 27 participants work for institutions which are CLUB-ER members. Conserver un mode de fonctionnement professionnel et convivial, dans un contexte d’augmentation du nombre de participants : • Environ 100 participants (~50 les années précédentes) • 45 institutions en 2010 (27 en 2009) • 22 participants étaient déjà présents à l’AG de 2009 • 27 participants sont membres d’institutions membres du CLUB-ER
