Where does your organization stand on employment? • Healthleaders Media in collaboration with Medsynergies conducts a survey of hospital executives. • Respondents anticipate an increase in their employed physician base within the next 36 months • 2012 – 70% • 2013 – 87% • 73% say buy-in to quality & safety initiatives are among their top 3 objectives behind physician alignment strategies (2013) • 42% of respondents reported difficulty in physician engagement (2013)
