  4. Do these ever crop up? • I am not worthy • How the hell did I get here? • What did I leave undone? • Where do I start?

  5. For what it’s worth • Let the vision lead : let the purpose be all • Give generously to others : it is the best way to get feedback • Remember you were chosen and the selection was tough - they did have other options • Remember how you were at your last job
