Effect of CFMTI on concentration-response curves for L-glutamate-induced increases in intracellular Ca2+ mobilization. Concentration response curves for L-glutamate in the absence or presence of CFMTI at 3 to 30 nM in CHO cells expressing human mGluR1a. Results are expressed as a percentage of the response to 1 mM L-glutamate, and they are mean  S.D. of the representative experiment in three independent experiments performed in triplicate. Ca2+ mobilization assay were carried out as described in Methods.
