  2. ZOOM Introduction to the general presentation of the Micro The following transparencies allow a presentation of the Micro more or less detailed depending on the level of the need and duration. The presentation is organized in 2 parts and 3 levels : - A core (~15 slides) for the basic presentation - A second part which contains all the more detailed slides and annexes to complete the basic presentation (2 levels) To have access to this, you must be inside the SLIDE SHOW mode : 1) When the symbol will be met, you’ll have only to click on it to go directly to the associated annex. Then in the last slide of each annex the symbol will appear. By clicking on it you’ ll go back to the slide in the basic presentation where you were. 2) Other accesses : - In the slide 5 (“A well gifted PLC …”) you click on to have the characteristics. - In the slide 6 (“Optimized platforms …”) you click directly on each TSX 37 to obtain the corresponding details.

  4. MicroThe PLC for Machine Builders : • for more intelligent and performant machines • with very small dimensions but with a very large modularity • with powerful functions easy to set up • for well adapted solutions at reduced costs

  5. Many networks and communication buses Up to 468 I/O Multi-tasking application with event functions Memory up to 84 kwords Less than 0,15 µs/inst. Large specialized functions : • counting • analog I/O and PID • mathematical functions • fuzzy logic • ... Protection : • of the user know-how • of data • of PLC peripherals (outputs, safety chains,…) Micro :A well gifted PLC for its size

  6. A new field of application Adapted to the just necessary Compact and expandable Spread memory and communication Low cost integrated functions Micro :optimized bases for all your needs Applications using a lot of memory (prog/data) and/or communication Applications using economical functions of analog I/O and counting Applications with a low or middle complexity Typical applications of the nano PLC beyond 48 I/O TSX 37-05 TSX 37-08 TSX 37-10 TSX 37-21 TSX 37-22 non expandable expandable
