  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comment

  5. Remove Battery 1. Turn the notebook over. 2. Unlock and hold the latches, and turn over the battery.

  6. Remove Battery - continue 3. Battery is removed.

  7. Remove HDD Module M2.5*10 1. Remove 5 screws and take the cover away.

  8. Remove HDD Module - continue Memory Wireless Card WWAN/TV card WWAN antennae TV cable 2. Pull out the HDD module.

  9. Remove Memory Module Wireless Card Pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pull out the module in that angle.

  10. Remove WLAN Module Remove 2 screws and 2 antennae to take WLAN away.

  11. Remove LCD Module M2*3 M2*7 • Remove 4 screws and take the Cable Cover away.

  12. Remove LCD Module - continue Bigger picture for the cables in the next slide. M2*3 M2*7 2. Pull out the cables (including wireless cables, LCD cable and speaker cable, some cables locates under)

  13. Remove LCD Module - continue LCD cable Speaker cable Touch Screen cable Wireless cable M2*7 3. The cables under the cable cover. Remove 2 screws.

  14. Remove LCD Module - continue 4. Push out the LCD module and take it away.

  15. Remove Keyboard Module M2*3 1. Remove 4 screws.

  16. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 2. Remove keyboard cover.

  17. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 3. Keyboard cover is removed.

  18. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 4. Lift up the keyboard.

  19. Remove Keyboard Module - continued 5. Disconnect the keyboard cable and take the KB away.

  20. Remove Top Cover Module Bigger picture is provided in the next slide. M2*5 1. Remove 9 screws and 2 cables.

  21. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 2. The detail of the top left corner of the Cover.

  22. Remove Top Cover Module - continued 3. Lift up the Top Cover and take it away.

  23. Remove CRT Board Module CRT Board Mother Board Card Reader Board M2*3 Remove the screw and 2 cables then take CRT Board away.

  24. Remove MIC & Bluetooth Module Bluetooth MIC Mother Board Card Reader Board Disconnect the cables and take MIC and Bluetooth away.

  25. Remove Motherboard & Card Reader Board Module Mother Board Card Reader Board Remove 3 screws to take the MB and CRB away

  26. Remove Card Reader Board Module Disconnect the cable and take Card Reader Board away.

  27. Remove Heat Sink Module Remove the screws and cable then take Heat Sink away.

  28. Disassemble LCD Module M2*3 M2*5 1. Remove 4 rubbers and screws then lift up the LCD front cover.

  29. Disassemble LCD Module - continued M2*5 2. Remove 2 screws to take hinge away.

  30. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 3. Disconnect camera cable and take the camera away.

  31. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 4. Remove the screw and take the LED indicator board away.

  32. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 5. Remove the screw and take the Switch board away.

  33. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 6. Remove the screws and take the LCD panel away.

  34. Disassemble LCD Module - continued 7. Remove the screws and take the LCD panel away.

  35. Disassemble LCD Module - continued Speaker Speaker 8. Remove the Speakers.
