  3. Preparation

  4. Legend Screw Cable Movement Comment

  5. Remove Bracket Pull out the two covers and remove 4 screws under them then remove the Bracket.

  6. Remove Back Cover Press the lock and pull out the ODD cover Open ODD with a pricker 1. Remove the ODD cover before removing Back Cover.

  7. Remove Back Cover - continued 2. Remove 6 screws and open the cover following the arrows then remove plastic Back Cover.

  8. Remove Back Cover - continued 3. Remove 7 screws and remove metallic Back Cover.

  9. Back Cover Removed

  10. Remove Heat Sink Remove 7 screws and cable then remove Heat Sink.

  11. Remove RAM Pull two latches and pop the RAM module up to the 45°angles, and then pull it out.

  12. Remove ODD 1. Remove 4 screws and cable then remove ODD.

  13. Remove ODD - continued 2. Remove 2 screws each side and disassemble ODD.

  14. Remove USB Board Remove 2 screws and cable then remove USB Board.

  15. Remove HDD 1. Remove 4 screws and pull out the HDD.

  16. Remove HDD - continued 2. Remove 2 screws each side and disassemble the HDD.

  17. Remove Speaker Disconnect 2 cables and remove 4 screws then take Speakers away.

  18. Remove Motherboard 1. Remove 3 cables, 2 screws (1st picture) and 4 cables (2nd picture).

  19. Remove Motherboard - continued Remove this screw with special screwdriver 2. Remove 5 screws and take the Motherboard away.

  20. Remove Convertor Remove 2 screws and cables then take Convertor away.

  21. Remove Light Adjust Board Remove the screws and take Light Adjust Board away.

  22. Remove Camera and Mic Module Remove the screws and cables then take Camera and Mic away.

  23. Remove LCD Module 1. Remove 9 screws and take the LCD away.

  24. Remove LCD Module - continued 2. Remove 2 screws each side and disassemble the LCD.

  25. Remove Power Board Remove 3 screws, take the Power Board away.
