  2. Q&A • 1.) How many knowledge in contents of knowledge? What is the each content? • There are 4 knowledge which create from each modes. Viz, The first is Socialization produces Sympathized knowledge. Externalization produces Conceptual knowledge. Combination produces Systemic knowledge, and the last one is Internalization produces Operational knowledge.

  3. Q&A • 2.) What is essential conductor in Internalization? • Learning by doing.

What is the factors that constitute Socialisation. • Tacit knowledge accumulation: Collect experience, information and competitors. • Extra-firm social information collection: Member participate in real experience, or conclusion the event. • Intra-firm social information collection: create strategic and seek a good benefit. • Transfer of tacit knowledge: create task that mostly co-worker agreement with that experiment.

Wondering about Ba in the future, If we can ignore Ba, or not? • I wondering with face-to-face, how do you know that experience is real and trust other who stranger is difficult to trust for each people. Thus, I'm not sure that we can always use Ba to share experience and mutual trust.

  6. Q&A • 5.) Conceptual knowledge assets can be create by many members or one person, or not? If one person can create Conceptual knowledge, It would effect anything, wouldn't it? • I doubt conceptual knowledge can build by only one person, can be? If there are have 2 persons or over than that, But others disagree for this conceptual knowledge. I think if there are go on a project ,the effect will certainly occur in the future.

  7. Q&A • 6.) The result of knowledge from Internalisation mode has only new innovation? It can be other result? • I think, the result doesn't matter show the new innovation only. It maybe got feed back and bring it into make new strategic to solve in previous project. I'm not sure it can call new innovation, or not?
