Reasons we sell popcorn • Keeps yearly dues low • Supplements additional costs for scout activities • several events are free to the scout if at least 1 order of popcorn is placed • Builds confidence and self esteem • Teaches accountability and responsibility • Provides opportunity to win cool prizes

  4. Dates for Popcorn Sales • Sale runs from Friday, 9/1 to Thursday 10/13 • Order sheets due to Kernal NO LATER THAN Friday, 10/14 • Popcorn orders are to be picked up during the weekend of TBD at 552 Kromer Avenue, Berwyn

  5. 3 Methods for selling Popcorn • Show and Sell Weekend of 9/10 and 9/11 at Five Below, Gateway Shopping Center. Webelos I and Webelos II Weekend of 9/17 and 9/18 at Pathmark in Berwyn. Bear and Wolf. Total sales per timeslot will be split between scouts working

  6. 3 Methods for selling Popcorn • Take Orders • Scouts take orders from customers in person • Scouts collect money upon taking order • Checks made out to BSA Pack 112

  7. 3 Methods for selling Popcorn • On-line • With parent’s help, scouts set up account on-line for anyone to order. • Each scout needs separate email address • we are part of Chester County Council • we are Pack 0112 • www.trails-end.com/trailsend/scouts/index.jsp
