BRASSICA (COLE) LEAFY VEGETABLES  Rep Crops: Broccoli or cauliflower; cabbage; and mustard greens Includes: Broccoli; broccoli, Chinese (gai lon); broccoli raab (rapini); Brussels sprouts; cabbage; cabbage, Chinese (bok choy); cabbage, Chinese (napa); cabbage, Chinese mustard(gai choy); cauliflower; cavalo broccolo; collards; kale; kohlrabi; mizuna; mustard greens; mustard spinach; rape greens

Preliminary Data • Crop Group 5 (Brassica (cole) leafy vegetables needs to be revised • Mustard greens – highest residue – rep all 5? • 3 crop groups • Flowering (broccoli, cauliflower) • Head (cabbage, brussel sprouts etc.) • Leafy (mustard greens etc.) OR • Move all leafy brassica greens to Leafy Vegetables • Include flowering and head brassica in Brassica crop group harmonize with Codex

Public Health Project • Etofenprox – control adult mosquitoes • To propose a “blanket” tolerance to cover all crops using data from alfalfa, pasture grass and leaf lettuce • Currently can’t spray where might drift onto agricultural fields • Limits use in mosquito control surrounded by agriculture
