Is it growing or declining? (e.g. What number of visits could you expect per head of population? e.g. 1.2 visits per annum average per private patient, down from 1.5 visits) • What is the potential market value of your service or product? (e.g. GMS down approx. 24% in 2011, according to IMO) • What characteristics have your potential customers?
Marketing Plans • What are your practices advantages and unique strengths? E.g. Best price or value / New services or technologies / Opening Hours • What weaknesses or disadvantages exist in your practice? • How can you differentiate between your services and everybody else’s?
