Each group needs to prepare instructions for two meals for the whole class to cook. Budget - $540 HK per group (this should cover two meals cooked by whole class – 5 groups) Meal categories – Group 1 – starter (week 1)/appetiser, invention recipe (week 10) Group 2 – soup (week 2)/ dessert (week 9) Group 3 – Main meal (dinner) (week 3)/ Salad (week 8) Group 4 – Main meal (lunch) (week 4)/ quick snack (week 7) Group 5 – Breakfast (week 5)/ Pressure test (week 6)
