TERMS & CONDITIONS-ASHOK PRIVILEGE/GOLD CARD Card Benefits The membership card is not transferable and is valid for 365 days. Only one card can be presented per table. The card benefits can be availed only on the production of card. Card benefits are not applicable during Diwali/Christmas/New Year Eve, promotions, food festivals etc or any day as decided by the hotel management. Membership once purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. Under no circumstances whatsoever, shall the card be revalidated, replaced or reissued, including expiry, damage or loss. You may contact our Guest Relations department to avail facility of Spouse Card A Spouse Card is an additional card that you can have for your spouse by paying just Rs. 500 to enjoy all the “Discount” benefits (ONLY) that you being a Principal member avail on room, food & beverages. Two separate cards would be issued to you and your partner on the purchase of one membership apart from the standard kit, which would be issued in the name of Principal member; comprising a booklet having twelve (12) vouchers. Vouchers Reservations/ bookings are subject to availability. All applicable taxes and extras are to be settled directly by the guest/bearer. Vouchers do not have any cash value. Vouchers must be surrendered upon check in/arrival etc. to avail the benefits. Two Vouchers cannot be clubbed together and in some cases, card benefits may not apply if using a Voucher. The benefits as given in Vouchers are accompanied by the terms and conditions mentioned on each Voucher and are strictly valid. Under no circumstances whatsoever, shall the Voucher be revalidated, replaced or reissued, including expiry, damage or loss. House Rules: The management reserves the rights to revoke the membership without assigning any reason whatsoever. The Ashok reserves right to amend and/or cancel discounts and vouchers without prior notice if required. Members shall abide by the standard “House rules” and regulations of the hotel to enjoy all the benefits during their stay/visits. The Ashok management will not be liable in contact or in tort to any claims arising out of or relating to the failure of deficiency in providing the card members with facility set out herein, or any injury or loss suffered by the card member or their guest while in the hotel premises, caused by or due to circumstances beyond the control of hotel management including but not restricted to employee strike, change in the ownership of the hotel, government and statutory restrictions, failure of supplies, and/or other force majeure events. In case of any dispute raised by the member, the decision of General Manager, The Ashok will be final and binding, subject to above only Delhi Court will have jurisdiction. ……………………………..
