  1. Neutron Irradiation test of FBK SiPM mod 4380 & 5550

  2. 24 – 25 October 2011irradiation of 8 ‘4380’ and 1 ‘small’ SiPMs

  3. Irradiation time: 11 hours (+ 16 hours annealing) Total fluence: ~6 *108 Neq/cm2 These SiPM are very noisy (also before irradiation)

  4. 23 – 25 November 2011irradiation of 8/3 ‘5550’ (eachSiPMreadoutindividualy)and the same ‘small’ SiPMs

  5. Irradiation time: 19 hours (+ 33 hours annealing) Total fluence: ~6 *108 Neq/cm2 SiPM 5550 are much less noisy than 4380 (but 1/3 of 5550 vs 1 full 4380!)
