(1/2) Preparing a Loan Proposal: • Summary – company’s details • Management Team Profile – Biography (Sell you & your management team strength!) • Business Description – legal structure, # of employees (Define your competitors, market ability, rate of turn over) • Projections – on current market share, alternative fallback plans, timetable for achieving goals • Financial Statements – Audited F/S(3yrs), 2sets B/S, Personal F/S & Income Tax. • Purpose – be precise! • Amount – Not ask for a high amount to expect negotiation. • Repayment Plan – Asset must match the loan, the assets should generate repayment fund.

Conclusion: • There are many services, incentives that offered by the governments, financial institutions, as well as the agencies to the entrepreneurs. • The services creates many opportunities to the entrepreneurs and its can be served as the catalysts of the Malaysia’s entrepreneurs . • Malaysian Entrepreneurs should maximized the usage of the catalyst as it may enhance the growth of our country economy.
