Monthly Routines • Sending reminders to Ward Sisters re staff whose NMC pin is due to expire • Inputting results of hand hygiene / record keeping audit • Risk Assessments – typing changes and amending risk register • Completing E-Requisitions to request bank staff and liaising with bank office re block bookings

5. Other Duties • Ordering stock / non-stock items as and when requested • Collating data from patient / carers satisfaction surveys and producing report for Releasing Time To Care Team

6. Future • Involved in using EIMS to keep mentor records up to date • Continuation of development of role
