Entering customer’s information every single time. • Not having a proper list of services provided. • Unable to keep track of what service is needed on a machine. • Tracing technicians to work assigned. • Paper based workflow Business Problems
Maintain a record of the customers and their machines. • Provide a proper listings of services/repairs offered by the department. • Assign work order number for any machines brought for service/repair. Making it easily traceable when a customer needs an update. • Keep a track of the workflow, as the repair/service moves from one stage to the next. • Properly maintain and organize the labor notes from diagnostics and repairs done by the technicians. • Billing out the customers in an orderly and professional way, thus eradicating the paper billing system. This will also keep a track of accounts received from customers. Business Value
