Congressobjectives Ways Toward Inclusion – A Challenge for All of Us! The focus of the Congress 2013 will be the discussion of the aims and concepts of Inclusion and the challenges from both professional and social points of view. Real-world practical models – especially those related to education, culture, and economy – aiming to achieve goals of Inclusion will be presented and discussed.
Thematic Levels In workshops, presentations, and poster sessions, contributions on three levels will bepresented, their motivation described, commented and put up for discussion: • A) Practice Models: concrete ways and methods of promoting participation. In line with the Congress theme views and opinions of children, adolescents and their families involved in such programmes should also be included. • B) Pedagogicalconcepts: concepts of inclusive pedagogy from a research or theoretical perspective. • C) Society, Politics, and Economy: ways in which authorities, associations, and the economy provide the structural basis for creating greater opportunities for participation.
Target audience The FICE Congresse is aimed at people involved in out-of-family care for children and youths and the enforcement of children's rights. These include professionals in practice, research, teaching, as well as interested attendants from the fields of education, culture, politics, and business.

The Congressas a focalpoint Congress 2013 Youth-Practice-Camp 2013 (14 days) International Youth-Practice-Exchange (from 2012) 4-year-project (2012-2015) The project International Youth-Practice-Exchange allows attendants to share experiences and encounters with children, youths, and personnel from projects and institutions working with concepts centred around Participation and Inclusion. The 4-year-project aims to sustain, secure, support, and evaluate congress activities.
