Documents are prior required for Valuation: • 2 Passport Photos , Pan No. , Residence Proof and ITRs of last three year of Borrower, Co-Borrower & Guarantor. • Bank Statements of Individuals & Firm of 12 Months. • Documentary Proof of Assets & Liabilities Viz : Copy of House Tax, Receipt of Existing property, Copy of R/C of Vehicles, Copies of LIC last premium paid Receipt, Mutual fund, FD. Etc. • Copy of Agreement to sell, Complete chain of purposed property with sanctioned plan , sanctioned by competent authority. • Bank statement of Existing Loan, if any. SATGURU VALUERS Govt.
