Pre-Nursing Certificate • For students seeking to qualify for nursing without testing. • Eight required courses • Minimum grade point average of 2.75 • No grade lower that a “C” • Only one repeat per course
Other Ways to Qualify • SAT - Total of 1000 on Verbal & Math • minimum verbal 500; minimum math 500 • ACT - Composite 20 • minimum verbal 20; minimum math 23 • DEGREE BASED • Baccalaureate or higher degree with 2.5 GPA • Associate degree with 2.75 GPA

Student I.D. Cards Student IDs are obtained through the Office of Student Life. Student IDs are not processed when classes are not in session. Your first ID is free. Replacements are $5.00. Airport Student Center 126 – Mon. 1:00 – 6:30 PM, Tue. 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Beltline Student Center 121 – Wed. 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Thur. 1:00 – 6:30 PM PLEASE BRING: • Paid Fee Receipt/Statement from Student Financial Services • Picture ID. • Vehicle Tag Number. Need to register your vehicle with Campus Safety, in case of vehicle emergency.
Student Financial Services • Grants; Loans; Scholarships - including L.I.F.E, MTC Foundation & many others • Lottery Tuition Assistance • Federal Work Study • To maintain eligibility: • Complete 70 % of attempted hours • Minimum2.00 cumulative GPA • Do not exceed program hours by 150% • The FACTS Payment Plan • a low cost option for budgeting tuition and fees. • $25.00 enrollment fee each semester
