How to access the AIS Career Placement Services website On the AIS homepage, click Resources in the top menu bar. A drop down menu will appear. Select Career Placement.
On the Welcome page, go to the last paragraph and click the highlighted placement services website link. This link will take you to the AIS Career Placement website.
How to navigate the AIS Career Placement Services website The Career Placement Services website is housed outside of the main AIS website."
What are Featured Postings? Featured Postings are accessible without logging into your AIS Career Services account. Featured postings are available to view by anyone who visits the AIS Career Placement Services website. *To learn more about how to feature your post, please see “How to post a position” and “How to post your resume”.
What is the Resource Center? The resource center is where applicants and recruiters can find out how to post resumes and job postings.
How to log into the AIS Career Placement Services Website Non member log in Member log in Register here. If you are not an AIS member, please click “Non-AIS Member Login”. Please enter your username and password. If you do not have an account, please click “Register on this Site”. Registration is free for the AIS Career Placement website. If you are an AIS member, enter your AIS username and password.
Once you have successfully logged into the AIS Career Placement website, your name will appear in the login welcome window. Member log in Non member log in
How to View Open Positions on the Career Placement website Job Seekers: Once you are logged in you are now able to click “View Open Positions” from the top menu.
The list of color coded available positions will appear on your screen. Yellow=Featured listing viewable from the placement landing page. White = Regular listing viewable only to those signed into their placement account.
Non AIS members and Recruiters: Once you have logged into the AIS Career Placement website, you will need to purchase the ability to post a position, view current job openings or view resumes.
How to post a job opening Click Post Position located under “Buy Career Placement Services Now”.
Complete all necessary fields and continue to payment. You may also select any of the upgrade options offered for your job post. Note: Payment is required for AIS members and Non members. Once payment has been made, your open job will post immediately.
Managing you career placement account Click on the My Profile tab on the top menu bar.
My Postings- you will fine all job listings that are associated with your account. You are able to edit, delete, or copy your job listings.
Select Copy to repost your current or past job opening. Update the appropriate fields and proceed to payment.
Select edit to change your current job posting Click the green check to confirm your change.
My Resumes - you will find all current and past resumes associated with your account. You are able to edit, delete, or copy your resumes.
Select edit to change your current resume Editing your posted resume Click the green check to confirm your change.
Select Copy to repost your resume Update the appropriate fields and proceed to payment if necessary.
My Profile – allows you to change your password to your career placement account. Please note: AIS members will be taken to their AIS membership account to change their account password. This action will change the password for both their membership account and placement account.
How to post a resume Click Post Resume located under “Buy Career Placement Services Now”.
Complete all necessary fields and continue to payment. Note: Payment is required for Non members.
Once payment has been made, your resume will post immediately.
