  4. CRITT BOIS • Regional innovation and technology transfer centre for the wood industry, composed of 16 people. • Three competences: • Providing information to SMEs • Technical services (training, studies, etc.) • Technology transfer and innovation

Already existing information webplatforms at the CRITT Bois • DECILOR • Strategic intelligence: • Sectorial services : newsletter, exhibitions reports, alerts, data-bases, etc. • Personalized services : strategic analysis, technological, business intelligence, etc. • Training, coaching • Network animation

  10. Designing the PSIP: the position of the CRITT Bois • Clarification of the CRITT bois and of its range of services: supply of a global approach • Rationalisation of the existing web platforms : access by a single portal to the global range of services of the CRITT Bois.

  11. Designing the PSIP: internal organisation • Internal organisation of the CRITT Bois: • One project leader for the intelligence services; • Information gathered and qualified by the CRITT Bois engineers; • One person for updating the web platforms and uploading the information.
