Stratinc is 2 years old… • Among INTERREG IIIC Best Practices since Rotterdam, Dec. 2004 (Mireille, Laurence) • Listed as Best Practice in the DG REGIO Working Group Report on RTDI (Spring 2005) • We have to build on (‘capitalise’) on this fame … and (of course) on what has been achieved Lacave Allemand & Associés - October 13, 2005

Cross-examination • Objectives within each cluster have been identified beyond STRATINC own objectives (proposal), but : • Has a strategy been designed ? • Has « strategic intelligence » proved to be the major instrument or only one of the instruments ? Cross-examination • Which participant at this moment considers it has a fully-fledged cluster (according to Porter’s definition) or an ‘on going’ cluster ? • How STRATINC did help to go along the ‘clustering road’ ?
