  2. WEEKDAY BREAKFAST around 7 o’clock -sandwich with cheese or ham -cornflakes with milk -tea or coffee

  3. BREAKFAST AT THE WEEKEND at 8 or 9 o’clock -different sandwiches -toasts -flakes with milk and other additions -scrambled eggs -sausages -cottage cheese with spring onion -tea or coffee

  4. WEEKDAY LUNCH / DINNER usually from 1-3 o’clock p.m. -vegetable, tomatoe, cucumber, barley soups and many other -grilled meat, goulash, cutlet with potatoes or buckwheat and salad Pork chop pickle

  5. Lunch/dinner at weekend 1-2 o’clock in the afternoon Barbecued spareribs Fried chcicken and vegetables Chicken soup Silesian noodles Pork roulade Red cabbage

  6. SUPPER EACH DAY OF THE WEEK around 7-8 o’clock p.m. Supper in Poland is similar to breakfast however instead of coffee we drink teas and eat a lot of different sandwiches
