  3. In Other News • Joseph Kozenczak is convinced that serial murderer John Wayne Gacy killed more than 33 young men. Questions about Gacy's final body count in a case that horrified and enthralled the nation more than three decades ago might soon be answered. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart has reopened the Gacy investigation in hopes that DNA testing unavailable at the time of the murders can help identify eight victims whose names were never known. Their remains have been exhumed. Gacy assaulted and killed 33 men (maybe more) whose ages ranged from 14 to 21 between 1972 and his arrest in 1978. He buried most of his victims in the crawlspace of his home. Most had been strangled. He was convicted in 1980 and executed in 1994. • A Burmese python slithering through the Everglades swallowed a 76-pound deer. At 15.65 feet, the python isn't the largest on record. But the size of her prey both impresses and concerns state and federal wildlife scientists and land managers trying to control the non-native species. Contractors spraying exotic vegetation Thursday came across the female python on an island about 20 miles from Everglades National Park. It was dispatched, by protocol, with a single shotgun blast to the head. • Justin Bieber apparently became the first person to garner two billion views on a YouTube channel. has surpassed Lady Gaga's YouTube record, which was set when she became the first artist to hit the 1 billion views mark in October 2010. • Lindsay Lohan will sit in front of a Los Angeles County judge who is considering sending her to jail for violating probation Wednesday. The actress is once again facing a probation violation hearing. Lohan's probation on a necklace theft conviction was revoked last month after Judge Stephanie Sautner ruled the actress failed to comply with the community service sentence she imposed in May. Lohan, 25, entered a guilty plea in May to stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry story. She was already on probation for two drunken driving convictions from 2007. Lohan was supposed to be performing community service at a downtown Los Angeles women's center, but the judge said she posted nine excused absences at the center since her last court hearing on July 21 -- and performed, at most, only two hours of service.
