  1. Downloading and Installing the Java Runtime Environment The Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.5 or higher is required to launch an Elluminate Live! session. On the Macintosh, it is pre-installed and automatically updated. For the other operating systems, you will need to download it from the Elluminate Support website (http://www.elluminate.com/support) or the Sun Microsystems website http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp) and install it. Installation of the Java Runtime Environment is a one-time process that does not need to be repeated. The download can take up to 40 minutes on a 28.8K modem (or less depending on the speed of your Internet connection). Please ensure that you allow sufficient time to complete the download and installation before your first session.

  5. Click Utilities to access the management interface

  6. Manage Files Manage Sessions

  7. Click to enter the room Click to see links to the session Click to select the session

  8. 2. Click Upload New 1. In Utilities, File Management, click on Plan WB 3. Select file ( The file must have .wbd extention)

  9. 4. Go to Utilities, Session Management, select a session, click on Advanced, and click on Plan Witeboard to preload your file to the session.
