Using the Virtual Observatory(VO)tools toidentify new candidate Post-Asymptotic Giant Branch stars and PlanetaryNebulae (PNe)combining infrared photometric data from the Mid-Course Space Experiment (MSX) and the infraRed Astronomical Satellite (IRAS) Point Source Catalogues. Discovery of new candidate post-AGB stars and Planetary Nebulae with the Virtual Observatory ... following the work carried out by Amelia Bayo, Pedro Garcia-Lario, Mar Sierra, Anita Richards and Paolo Padovani

What must I do?Read/ask/prove/answer/play/compare/propose/discuss/conclude/change/ write & be happy • I needed to readall the literature about this topic, and obviously the article they did. • All the time, I'm asking myself a lot of questions, but in this particular case the main one is: Nowadays ... are the results the same?. • Ishowedthe answer is yes but ... ALLTHE PROCEDURES TO OBTAIN THE RESULTS ARE NOT THE SAME !!!. • I'll play with some parameters to compare them with previous results. • I'll propose selection criteria for the new objects. • I'll discuss, and conclude the final results. • I'll change whatever is needed to change, in order to write both an article and my master thesis. • If all these things have been done by the end of my staying ... I'll be happy.
