Grant Information • Use Grant Award# in subject line on all emails to the Department. • Continuation Funds are not automatic and may be reduced based on large remaining balances from prior years • Excessive draw downs are being monitored and will require explanations from grantees for excesses above 50%/ 80%/ 100% in each of the first 3 quarters • If your grant is in a no cost status you need to submit a continuation report so that we have a report on file for every 12-18 months that a grant is in open status. There is no electronic submission for these reports.

  3. Increasing Accountability • Increased accountability for quality of Grant Application, Activities, Results and Annual Performance Reports. • Increased monitoring of program performance measures. • Increased Accountability for Reporting and Results Questions????
