Structure & Responsibility: Regional Manager - WRHA - Chair / Regional Security Team (RST) - Mobile Patrol Officers (MPO)/Community - Manage Contract Security Resources (Paladin Security) Security Manager @ DLC - Security Officers (Paladin Security) Director Security @ HSC - Security Officers (in-house / parking patrol / Paladin) Other site Security Managers & Coordinators take guidance from Regional Security Program. Regional SECURITY Program

  4. Span of control: Community clinics and offices, Regional sites - RDF, Laundry Services, Aboriginal Health Services, Logistics Services, River Park Gardens PCH, Hip & Knee, MB e-Health. Direct - Report facilities: DLC, GGH and VGH Resources: In-house Guards Contract Security Guards (Paladin Security group) Patrol vehicles Regional SECURITY Program

  5. Information Resources (see Internal Web): First Responder program Prevention is 9/10th of the Law Security Incident Reporting (IRIMS) Working Alone Photo ID Community Mobile Patrol (MPO) Regional SECURITY Program
