  1. Portland Cement Factory Zambia shines in Masaiti-2015 A history in the making!

  2. Dr Rajan Mahtani, the owner of Zambezi Portland Cement has transformed his factory into a core development unit, as ZPC (Zambezi Portland Cement) is one of the biggest assets for Zambia that facilitates quick development and promises quality for long term.

  3. Production Capacity of Portland Cement Factory • The Zambezi Portland Cement Factory has surpassed its estimated production for the year 2014 by 1, 00, 000 tonnes. • The Portland Cement Factory has a potential of producing 3, 60, 000 tonnes of cement a year with a per day capacity of 1, 000 tonnes. But with an increased demand due to the Ndola housing project, the factory produced 4, 73, 985 tonnes.

  4. The owner of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory, Dr.RajanMahtani is scheduling some exhaustive plans for this plant as it now needs to move on from strength to strength. Zambia Bureau of Standards Grants Permission The good news extends further to inform that the Zambia Bureau of Standards (ZABS) has granted the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory with a ZS ISO 9001:2008 certification. The certification is meant for only those entities who can comply with the production standards and maintain quality in output.

  6. Dr. Mahtaniwith his new Idea Dr. Rajan Mahtani is extremely pleased with the steady progress of his unit is now looking forward to set up a lime plant in Masaiti very soon, which is likely to offer an additional employment to 150 people in the next 24 months.

  7. Dr. Mahtani on the future of ZPC The development from the perspective of ZPC looks promising indeed. With more development projects coming underway, it is obvious that Dr.Mahtani will have bigger plans for his cement factory and Zambia in the days to come. The year 2015 holds a lot of value for Portland Cement Factory.
