    3. NDoT Transport Infrastructure Division Functions Development and management of an integrated transport infrastructure database and MIS Contribution to NDoT infrastructure policy, strategy, and NLTSF

NDoT Transport Infrastructure Division Functions continued Contribution to appropriate national standards for infrastructure, through COTO / MINCOM SA’s compliance with regional (SADC) and international (ICAO and IMO) infrastructure standards Co-ordination of SA’s role in the transport infrastructure aspects of NEPAD

NDoT Transport Infrastructure Division Functions continued Integration of transport infrastructure with government priorities Participation in network planning and co-ordination in liaison with provinces, local authorities, and agencies Planning, implementation, or management of special state infrastructure projects
