  5. POTASSIUM IODIDE (KI) • Annual distribution Potassium Iodide (KI) to the General Public • Annual verification of KI supply with Schools and Special Facilities

POTASSIUM IODIDE (KI) (CONT.) • KI Distribution Statistics: • The Response Rate for the period 2002-2006 was 65% of the population in the EPZ (Initial NRC Request/KI expired) • The Response Rate for the period 2007-2008 was 20% (Second NRC Request) • Plans are to continue to hold KI sessions annually, to ensure access to KI for new residents of this rapidly growing area of the state

  7. Special Populations • Special Populations Database includes • Name, address, telephone number, route alerting agency, fire district, the disability, special needs, photo of home, description of home, directions, latitude and longitude, type of transportation needed and destination.
