  2. My first experience with Twitter • September 23, 2012 I joined the twitter world • Customized my home page and working on follow both educators along with educational organizations!

  3. George Couros • George is a principle of the Parkland area • He is a big believer in social networking and blogging. • I have also started to read his online blog http://georgecouros.ca/blog/. • Big on the idea of a digital footprint

  4. 2learn.ca Society • 2Learn is an educational organization build for teachers. • Great place for teachers to find resources. • Also used for professional development. • The website is incorporates kindergarten through grade 12

  5. Discovery Education • Another free educational organization for teacher, students, and parents to use • Helps develop teachers find resources in all subjects throughout every grade • It also does give s student and the parents a place for learning outside of the classroom. • Promotes digital media for everyone!

  6. My twitter account now! • I'm now following 48 educators and organization (also a hockey player and a sport announcer). • I still haven't twitted a lot but I'm figuring it out as I go. • I figured out how to set up my bio. • Finding new educators to follow has become easier now.
