Initial Troubleshooting: • Check Batteries • Power off and Power on • Ensure you have registered for the appropriate class • Proper Clicker usage: • When taking an exam, the first answer you key in is the test version, not the first question of the test. • Keying in answers is not texting on a smartphone. • Must select answer and press ↵button. • Display screen will indicate when answer successfully transmits.
