Randall Shelton of Atlanta Has Many Achievements Under His Belt
Randall Shelton is an experienced administrative professional at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. He is working as the Assistant Vice President of Auxiliary Operations Department from the last 4 years and serving all of his responsibilities diligently. In his career span of 35 years, he has worked for top companies at prestigious positions.
Randall Shelton at Kennesaw State University has been awarded as the University Administrative of the year 2015. Here, he led the culinary team to the No.1 foodservice program in the nation as recognized by the National Restaurant Association, winning the Operator Innovator o the Year Award for the year 2013. Also, he developed and awarded the largest foodservice RFP for $60 million, with $40 million in cash contribution.
When he was working at the Northeastern State University, he developed RFP and led the development process for a campus housing master plan for housing replacement and renovation. He developed a campus wide printer and copier management program in partnership with a major national printing and copier company. Also, he re-designed and developed a full service motor pool rental fleet and full post office operation.
As a consultant and management professional to the retail and foodservice business sectors, Randall Shelton developed a successful company opening 45 retail franchised foodservice business units in just three years serving such clients as Kroger, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Supervalue, and select independent retailers.
At Ohio University, he was a senior team member responsible for the development and design of a $60million university student center. He assumed the leadership of a stagnant foodservice, housing and auxiliary division with an administrative mandate to lead a major turn-around within existing resources while developing a strategic master plan for significant revenue growth and facility renewal. He increased revenue from $30 million to $52 million within a six year period.
In addition to this, Randall Shelton has been awarded as the Outstanding Administrator of the Year Award in recognition of accomplishments and achievements.
