Marte Aurstad Aspnes, Team Statoil • Which part of your organization could benefit most from DQ? • I work for an oil and gas company and I believe we have numerous parts of the business that could benefit from improving DQ. Business development is an area in particular that benefits from DQ and I assume there is a large upside in improving DQ in such a function of a business. • What do you see as the obstacles and challenges in implementing DQ? • Management commitment • What are some of your ideas to overcome those obstacles? • Increase own understanding, introduce decision makers to DQ and make thorough preparations for their decisions using DQ as methodology. • What can you do immediately to improve the decision quality in your organization? • Utilise DQ in own business area and daily work.
