3. What organs are involved in the circulatory system? • Heart, Blood, Vessels. 4. What are their functions? • Heart- controls blood flow through all parts of the body. Act as a pump • Blood: Transports the oxygen and CO2. consists of 4 parts, white blood cells, red blood cells, platelet cells, plasma. • Vessels: the pipe line for the blood. 3 types: Arteries (Oxygenated); Capillaries (diffusion occurs); & Veins (CO2 and No Oxygen)
