University Certificate in Education and Training • 40 credits level 4 • Flexible delivery pattern to suit demand • 1-1 teaching and coaching accepted • Planning, teaching and assessing • Lesson observations x 3 x 1 hour • Can be APCLed free into Diploma (Module 1 and 2)
Diploma in Education and Training • 120 credits - 60 at level 4 & 60 at level 5 • ProfGCE option retained at level 6 • Flexible delivery pattern to suit demand • 6 modules – 20 credits each • 100 hours teaching required • Group teaching required • Opportunities for peer observation • Revamped curriculum – eg Behaviour management & Resources added.

Integrated Specialist Diploma in Teaching English (ESOL or Literacy) • 120 credits • Fully integrated diploma, all content subject specific. • 100 hours of teaching in ESOL or Literacy at two distinct levels.
